About
I am a Landscape photographer based in West Sussex, UK.
When I picked up a camera for the first time in 2009, I never realized then quite how obsessed I would become with capturing that moment of magic in the field, and certainly did not realize how important combining travel & photography would become in my life.
Capturing the landscape is an emotional connection and the creative freedom that comes from the adventure ahead, the curiosity of what lies around the corner, down the road or over that mountain is addictive, and brings a sense of peace and perspective to my life.
My final images are the result of capturing travel style documentary photos, and finding graphic symmetry & space in the landscape for the image to talk to me. It has been a natural progression from my early work of filling the lens with as much as I could fit in, to my more minimalist approach you will find throughout my portfolio today.
I am looking through my lens and wondering what will happen next, and what does the viewer see?

Myvatn, North Iceland
This image was shot with my Mavic2 Pro drone on a winter trip to Iceland, we were travelling to Myvatn in the North of the island and this was a scene about 50 miles from the village, I loved the desolate volcanic landscape covered in snow and the distant endless horizon perspective.
